There are 2 available payment methods, Cash and iBanking.
When you opt for cash, our representative will contact you to set up an appointment for payment after you confirm your reservation. Currently the payment place will be at NTU. Please note that you have to complete the payment within 3 days. The due date of your payment is written in the email that we send to you once you place a reservation successfully.
When you opt for iBanking, you need to transfer your payment to the designated account which is a DBS account (054-012980-7 Priscilla Claudia Tamara). While making the online transfer you need to write you reservation code in the description field. Please note that you have to complete the payment within 1 day. The due date of your payment is written in the email that we send to you once you place a reservation successfully. Note: ATM Transfer is not supported.
You can request for modification or cancellation of your booking by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or contacting our ticketing representatives, Nikolas Kurniawan (9242 5849) and Karina Oktavia (9868 6255).
We will allocate your seat based on your reservation timing. Attendees who reserve earlier will get better seats. So order fast!
We will inform you of your seat number nearer to the performance date.
Yes, of course. Just order your tickets together with your friends! By submitting a single order of tickets, our system will ensure that you are seated together.

Yes, of course! you can do so by putting your reservation code in the box on top of this page and click the Check Reservation! button.
Pending: You have successfully reserved a ticket however we have not received your payment. If you do not pay before the due date, your reservation will be cancelled.
Cancelled: Your reservation has been cancelled as we have not received your payment before the due date. Do not worry, you can still reserve more tickets by filling in our form again.
Waitlist: You are put on waitlist because all the tickets for the selected time slot have been reserved. Your status might change to Pending if there are other reservations which are cancelled due to late payment. We will notify you about this through email together with the payment guide. The tickets will be allocated based on the waitlist sequence in our ticketing system.
Paid: Your payment has been received and acknowledged. Congratulations! You have secured your seats for our upcoming show. An email of invoice should be sent to you and you can use it to collect your ticket. The collection itself will be notified through email when the tickets are ready. See you at the show!
